Mark Sinclair - BE BSc (Renewables)
Mark is Chief Executive Officer of Windlab, and has several years of senior management experience in the energy sector, initially with Shell and more recently in renewable energy.
Prior to commencing with Windlab in 2005, Mark worked with a major Australian energy organization as manager of the Wind Project Development group, and has overseen the development of a number of wind farms in Australia, including the 80MW Emu Downs wind farm in Western Australia.
Mark manages the team at Windlab, providing strategic direction for the growth of the organization, and supporting the organization in achieving its vision and goals.
Mark Carroll - BCom. CA
Mark Carroll is Windlab's Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer. Mark has extensive experience as Company Secretary and CFO of a rapidly growing ASX listed company having spent over 5 years with CPT Global.
Mark brings expertise in both sound financial management and corporate structuring of a global business, as well as extensive corporate governance experience, applicable for the business as it grows to the next stage; encouraging measured planning, clear milestone achievement, and a focus on risk analysis and tight cash control.
Dr Nathan Steggel - BSc. MSc. PhD.
Nathan is a co-founder and our President of the USA and Canadian operations. Nathan is among the industry's most accomplished managers and is dedicated to the expansion of clean energy. Before Windlab Nathan was employed as a post-doctoral fellow at leading research institutes in the UK (EnFlo) and Australia (CSIRO). Nathan was the lead developer of WindScapeTM
Dr Keith Ayotte - BSc. MSc. PhD.
Keith is our Chief Technology Officer and co-founder. He has over eighteen years experience in the fields of meteorology, wind flow in complex terrain, and computational fluid dynamics. Keith was previously employed at Environment Canada, NCAR and CSIRO, being three of the world's most prestigious institutes for atmospheric research.
His research is globally respected and Keith has authored numerous peer-reviewed Journal papers on complex terrain meteorology and long-term adjustment of wind data; both are fundamental problems to the wind industry. Keith is instrumental in continuing to direct product development efforts for the business.
Luke Osborne - BE MBA
Luke commenced with Windlab in 2004. His career began in the demanding aerospace business managing development and deployment of naval defence systems for British Aerospace before moving into sustainable engineering and renewable energy.
Before moving into Operations Management, Luke was responsible for managing and harnessing the skills of the Technical Service Group. He has also been instrumental in business development, leading establishment of a number of important collaborations for Windlab. Combining his technical and managerial experience, the Operations Manager role is designed to ensure Windlab's global businesses are using its technology and skills to advance clean energy projects in an economically, environmentally and socially optimised manner.
