Roger Price
Chairman
Roger is the Chairman of Windlab Systems Pty Ltd and a General Partner at Innovation Capital. He has a depth of operational experience including senior engineering, manufacturing, IT services and international business development roles for a number of technology based companies across a range of industries.
Prior to joining Innovation Capital, Roger was the Chief Executive Officer of Reino International, an Australian venture backed start up of advanced parking solutions. While at Reino, he oversaw the growth of the business from 30 to 300 people, relocated the headquarters to the U.S. and led an aggressive mergers and acquisitions program, which resulted in the acquisition and integration of 4 companies within 2 years.
Roger commenced his career at Alcatel, and has held senior positions with a number of Australian owned technology businesses and NASDAQ listed software companies. He has held numerous board positions for these and other technology companies and is currently a Director of Elanti Systems Inc. He holds an honors Degree in Engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Micheal A Quinn
Board Member
Michael is a Director of Windlab Systems Pty Ltd and is the Managing Partner and founder of Innovation Capital. Michael has an exceptional depth of business and operational expertise.
His experience encompasses a broad range of industries including banking, high technology plastics and medical device industries in Europe and Australia. In 1983, Michael co-founded Memtec Limited which was acquired by US Filter in 1997 for US$400 million. Since 1992, Michael has been a director of ResMed Inc (NYSE:RMD), the leading manufacturer and worldwide marketer of respiratory and sleep disordered breathing products for the home health care market. He is Chair of the audit committee.
Michael is Chairman of the New South Wales Entrepreneurship Centre Ltd and a director of the Warren Centre for Advanced Engineering, a not-for-profit foundation at Sydney University. Both these organisations are sources of deal flow. Michael holds a BSc in physics, BEc in economics and operations research, both from the University of Western Australia, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Michael is located in the Sydney office.
Anthony Pascoe BComm, ACA, F Fin, GAICD

Anthony is the CEO of Lend Lease Ventures having been appointed to that role in January 2009. He joined Lend Lease in January 2007 as Global Chief Operating Officer for Lend Lease Investment Management.
Anthony was formerly Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of ASX listed Blackmores Limited. Prior to Blackmores, Anthony ran Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Strategy at Goodman Fielder and was later appointed to run a large portfolio of branded food businesses within that group. His experience prior to that included a successful career in investment banking spanning almost a decade and Anthony started professional life with Ernst and Young.
Roslyn Hughes
Board Member
Roslyn currently serves as CEO of Epicorp. Throughout her career, Roslyn Hughes has been involved in leading edge technology, policy development in large organisations, creating and growing technology start-up businesses, technology training, and funds management.
During her 25 years in the IT industry she has led major projects in technology areas. In her previous role as Senior Director, Office of IT and Multimedia with the ACT Government she provided leadership for the continuous improvement in the provision of IT infrastructure, large business applications and the implementation of electronic service delivery.
Roslyn is sought after as a contributor to technology leadership fora and is a member of the ACT's Knowledge Based Industries Board, Canberra Commercialisation Council and CSIRO's Environmental Technologies International Board.
Her skills and unique management approach have enabled her to develop and grow a number of successful start-up companies and take them to exit. She has held past positions as manager for private investment funds, Managing Director, ImageWord, Executive Director, Advanced Education Software and Managing Director, Integrated Office Services.
Roslyn has been an active entrepreneur and investor in a range of technology start-up companies. She has extensive experience in assessing proposals for investment and raising funds from individuals, business angel groups, venture capitalists and partner companies.
As part of her commitment to the community, Roslyn supports the Capital Region Enterprise and Employment Development Association (CREEDA) that runs the ACT's general purpose business incubators and other community groups.
