The Victorian Government today approved the Oakland's Hill Wind Farm located near Glenthompson. The project of up to 42 turbines will generate up to 80MW of clean energy via a connection to the national grid. The project was located by Windlab in 2004 using WindScape^TM modelling. Several years of measurements from a number of tall towers validated the wind resource and environmental studies found the site suitable.

Coopers GapInvestec Bank (Australia) Limited and Windlab Systems are proposing to develop a wind farm in the Bilboa and Cooranga North region, approximately 50km west of Kingaroy and 65km north of Dalby. The project will be known as the Coopers Gap Wind Farm.
